Which Protein With Whey?

I want to do protein shakes during the day and a meal at night for my meals. I have a big tub of Champion Nutrition Whey but read where having STRICTLY whey is not optimal so what protein should I combine with pure whey to optimize my shake?

I want to buy Grow! Whey but need to finish my tub of whey first.

Pure whey is a faster digesting protein so not optimal for say a bedtime shake. Just add some cottage cheese to it and it will slow down amino acid release somewhat. Hurry up and finish it and then order some Metabolic Drive.

Add milk to that it will add casien and also make that crap a lil easier to stomach LOL.

Milk is approx 80% casein it will help or dont worry about it finish whay you have and get a Blend like the above said Metabolic Drive
