I want to do protein shakes during the day and a meal at night for my meals. I have a big tub of Champion Nutrition Whey but read where having STRICTLY whey is not optimal so what protein should I combine with pure whey to optimize my shake?
I want to buy Grow! Whey but need to finish my tub of whey first.

Pure whey is a faster digesting protein so not optimal for say a bedtime shake. Just add some cottage cheese to it and it will slow down amino acid release somewhat. Hurry up and finish it and then order some Metabolic Drive.
