Which Biotest Protein?

i’m planning on switching to Biotest protein powders due to the lack of shipping costs, and i’m having trouble figuring out which protein products to buy. I’ve been using ON’s whey protein for the past few years during the day for between meals, and as pwo with Surge. suggestions for a new protein arsenal?

Metabolic Drive and Grow!?

When you read the description of each of the potential products, did any answers appear?

You look like you’ve done pretty well for yourself on whey! I don’t like using Metabolic Drive during the day because otherwise I don’t get hungry and don’t get in my calories. A majority of my protein supplementation comes from whey, then the rest is a scoop or two before bed of chocolate Metabolic Drive.

I think I’ll try Grow! Whey throughout the day Metabolic Drive before bed. it seems like it’d make most sense to take advantage of the slow digestive process by taking Metabolic Drive with an evening meal.

After trying Grow! Whey. I have decided I will use a whey isolate for my pre and post training, and Metabolic Drive for my evening send off. I have not found a good combination for Grow! Whey, but still trying.

I prefer Metabolic Drive at most times of the day because whey is too insolugenic for me.

Basically the only time I use Grow! Whey is when I’m cooking.

You cook with the Grow! Whey? That’s weird…because isolate/concentrate combinations ALWAYS come out dry for me. Even though I’ve never tried cooking with Metabolic Drive, usually casein varieties come out much better for me. I guess it depends on what you’re cooking it with though.

As for me, I enjoy Grow! Whey ASAP in the morning (makes a great pudding with two scoops whey, a serving of frozen blueberries heated up [so it’s syrupy and the juices are flowing], and enough water to mix it into a pudding like texture). Then throughout the day I’ll usually go 50/50 with Grow! Whey and some slower digesting casein blend. Then pre-bed I’ll go for the pure casein blend.

I don’t cook with Metabolic Drive because it comes out way to thick, and I have to mess with the water and crap, then it just gets annoying.
