Which Protein/Supplements to Get?

Ive been using Optimum 100% Whey Protein for the last 2 years… so I’ve been meaning to change it up. I was talking to some guys from GNC and for what I’m going for(hypertrophy and fat loss) he recommended Muscle Milk. I was fine with that, but i asked a guy from poppeys and he told me Syntha-6 would work better.

So if I’m going for size, while trying to lose fat, what would you recommend i take for supplements?(not just protein, anything you’ve found works for muscle size/fat loss)

imo muscle size = strength.

i use the stuff of www.myprotein.com but id defo buy of this website if i lived in the states.

also buy some creatine, fishoil, HOT-ROX Extreme and a multi vit.

i dont know what muscle milk is because i dont think you can get it in ireland but i hear thou its not worth the price!

Yeah, in my opinion MM is way overpriced.

Plus, having MM post workout is not ideal because it is mostly casein (slow releasing protein) and you’d rather have whey for its quick digesting properties.
