Hi people…
a little about me, I´m 18 and I weight 187 pounds and I want to reach 210 the fastest I can but I don´t know which program to do now,I have finished TBT and Waterbury Method and 5days per week volume training(around 20 sets per bodypart) and I don´t what to do next.
Here are my options:
westside for skinny bastards
delorme inspired hypertrophy cycle
super squats
or a 3 per week total body program
If you can help out or maybe suggesting another program it would be great…
Regards

Did you like TBT? I’m not familiar with CW’s programs or any program that abruptly ‘ends’ and requires that one switch to a new program. If your previous programs were working why stop? If you have plateaued, then maybe you need a deload and not a new program.
TBT was a good program, as far as CW´s programs I didn´t like Waterbury Method but I think TBT is a great one.
Maybe you are right MC but I wanna try a new program
Fastest way to do it is eat more, lift heavy and sleep lots. With the information you have given out that is about as specific as it is going to get.
I really enjoy Waterbury’s programs. I have seen lots of improvement in my lifting over the course of AW and SOB. I start TBT today.
Loading volume and rest time appear to be the biggest variables when it comes to his programs. That being said, limit your energy systems training, increase rest between sets, up the poundage and let her rip.

Im sure you are gonna enjoy TBT!!!
Diet is in order, I eat around 3500 calories per day but my main concern is training right now.
