I can’t speak for Shelby, but with that I would guess it’s more individualized.
That said, I am PN Certified and my wife has gone through LE. Without a doubt, it changes the way you approach fitness/nutrition. They’re not built upon saying eat this and this in this amount exactly right away like a diet that you will follow for 12 weeks and go back to old habits.
It’s built around incorporating new habits that last, so you dno’t stress over being perfect everyday with every meal only to relapse.
The thing is…it depends upon your goals. If you are looking to be a competitive bodybuilder…accuracy and macro setup/manipulation is absolutely key. I would def go with a coach like Meadows or Shelby for something of that nature.
I’d look into 3dmj as well for coaching…and I can say good things about JC Deen …as I work with him.
