Greetings. I have a question for you all:
Recently I’ve been making my omelets with a scoop of whey in them and some oatmeal. It tastes fantastic, and gives me around 40g of protein, 20g of carbs and 15g fat. Anyway, I’ve read that when you heat up whey protein it causes changes to their “unique digestive profiles”. I’m wondering basically if it’s a bad idea to mix whey in with the omelet before heating it? And what the changes that occur in the whey are.
