i havent been around here for that long so im not that familiar with Ian King, but ive noticed he used to write alot for this site. Does anyone know what happend to him. Just out of curiousity.

He’s in Australia. Fortunately there are lots of other great coaches out there to learn from… he is great, though.
He was the first coach I read about who had a really well-balanced approach to training… in my opinion Alwyn Cosgrove’s approach is kind of a second-generation version.
