I just bought some calipers to measure body fat %, but I don’t know all(any)of the points where to use them. I read an article recently where Christian Thib says he and Poliquin use the same 12 point measuring method for good accuracy, anybody know where this info is or if there’s an article regarding this I can look at?
place them on your penis… that’s the only place you need to measure

Just be careful of the tape measure method on the website. It is only accurate if your bf % is >30%.
