Those of you in Canada, where do you buy your Malto from???
and what do u mix with???
just eat jelly beans
I’m not sure if you prefer to buy in bulk like I do, but I get mine from a company called Honeyville Grain (do a Google search for their online store). A 50 pound bag costs a little over $40 and they do ship to Canada for an additional $20 (U.S. shipping is less than $5). So in total it would cost you about $1.20 a pound.
If you’re using the malto to make your own PW drinks, they also have Dextrose for about the same price. If you order both together, the shipping cost is $20 for both 50 pound bags.
I just received a 150 pound order yesterday (50 pound bag of steel cut oats too)and I paid less than $5 for shipping. I don’t know how they can do it for that price.

I just use the scoops from my protein powder, which I think are 70cc. I put one heaping scoop of each malto and dextrose, which if I remember my calcualtions from a few years back worked out to about 40 grams of each. I also mix in 40 grams of whey protein (either hydrolasate or isolate), 8 grams of BCAA and 5 grams of glutamine.
Before Surge was out, I used to get it from a store that sold supplies for people homebrewing beer, and it was about half the price of almost anyplace else I had seen it.
I would guess that such stores exist in Canada.

That’s why I don’t get protein powder there - just malto, dextrose and oatmeal.
