Hi all where to begin…all the training articles out there and don’t know where to start and after im done with that one where to go next…there was an article long time ago from Charles Poliquin he gave an idea of accumulation phase and intensification phase well all what programs on here are what can anyone give a list of programs in order im lost with all these programs…maybe T-Nation can write an article on order of programs to use …and why do them in that order…help all
You can find an article by a specific author (such as Charles Poliquin), by clicking on the “Authors” section of the Article Library.
kpd,
Don’t sweat it. If you don’t know where to be begin, then strangely enough it almost doesn’t matter where you begin.
Pick a program and follow it. I don’t care if you throw darts or roll dice, just choose one that has exercises you know how to do and start doing it, as written.
While you are doing it, read like a son-of-a-bitch and pick another one when you finish the first. After doing this a couple of times, if you continue reading, you should be better able to choose amongst all the material present.
Initial choosing criteria…
- Does it fit my schedule?
- Can I do the lifts?

I don’t see where you’re talking about. I click on the Archives section and it pulls up different years. From there, the articles are laid out in chronological order. Am I missing the link you’re talking about?

Look in the section on the homepage that has the blue headings on it. Click on the one that says ‘Author’.
Hope that helps.
OK guys…one person helped but im asking that if someone does programs with a lot of volume then they will stall right? Im asking about switching things up like low volume with high volume programs…Can you all understand what I mean?

What vroom said is right on. As to ‘stalling’. It will happen on ANY program. Should you follow a high volume program with a low volume one? Maybe, it depends on your goals, among many other things. Really, just don’t fret it much now. As vroom said, pick one and run with it.
Hope that helped a bit.

Along the same lines as Ursus’s comments. I think you can go a long way by following some of the programs listed on here for the duration of the program (usually in the 6-10 week range) and then switch to one of the others on here. It really does depend on your goals, but if nothing else, there is a ridiculous amount of variety in the program found at T-Nation, so I would click on “Training” under the Article Library on the home page and find one that works for you. Do it and then switch up to another one that matches your goals. I started with Chad Waterbury’s Total Body Training and now I am doing his Triple Total Training, both of which I liked a lot (like TTT better because there is a strength-focused day). Will probably try his Waterbury Method next since that looks like a great blend of strength and hypertrophy.
I do hope our comments help, but if not, ask away. You will get no shortage of responses.
