Where is I, BODYBUILDER?

To get back to the original question. I, BODYBUILDER is almost done. Keep in mind that this first program using the system is 5 phases long for a total of 24 different workouts.

We had to film all of those. And since they were actual workouts, with me coaching and Sebastien/Kevin training we couldn’t film 10 of them per day!!!

We have 2 days of shooting left…

Then there is the editing job to do, but things are moving fast.

OH SNAP!

Seriously though. If you cant determine someones knowledge/experience by what they say, and instead they have to validate themselves with real/fake stats and progress then you probably shouldn’t be listening to them anyways.

How many times have you heard some guy say “hey man you gotta get NO-XPLODE. It’ll give you massive pumps, and ive got 18” arms and can bench 350"

This bro-science is just hilarious. Its the same exact thing as the testimonials on infomercials. Sure those people look great, oh they must be experts on training.

C’mon people
You are both fucking morons…

At least Whiteflash is making progress…

Did you learn the term “bro-science” from your new friends? Your small, weak and stupid ass will fit in perfect over there. More concerned with what a lab report says then time under the iron and actually fucking progress made.

You understand that by acting superior and trying to degrade people by calling them “bro’s” you are acting more like a “bro” then those you are trying to put down correct?

You are nothing but a weak fucking troll that brings these boards down a notch. Go hang out with your new buddies.

Shit this is sounding like a MASSIVE undertaking by the guys at T-Nation. I for one and am excited!

And reading these threads is more addicting than watching two midgets on Jerry Springer argue about who was the more famous oompa loompa in the original Willy Wonka movie…

I joined that site and have been taking a peek around… seems like there is some good info here and there, but the use of “bro-isms” is seriously out of control.

They do have their own schools!

Not sure how what I said makes me a moron? If you put 4 plates on a smith and bench it that doesn’t mean you bench 4 plates. Same goes for hammer strength, or non counter balanced hydrolic piston press, or whatever X is gonna come on here claiming. I’ve got nothing against the guy personally [I’d have to know him to do that], but his act gets old. I’ve been on this site for a good while and have seen alot of people come and go. He’s stuck around and he’s still talking at people instead of with them - unless they agree with him - and people seem to eat it up.

Crew asked a simple question and the guy came in with his nose in the air and talked down to him. Didn’t answer a question, didn’t offer an observation or even post a silly irrelevant picture. He just talked shit, and he did it while bragging about fudged numbers. The guy’s strong, and obviously plenty big, but he feels the need to point it out at every available oppertunity, and when there isn’t an oppertunity he manufactures one. Seems kinda silly.

Approximate Release Date?! I need to know when to end my current program to start the I, BODYBUILDER one…

Before Halloween possibly? Sooner?

And people say you can’t get quality training information on these boards…

 1. Some of you fuckers are pathetic. If you don’t like X or what he says, learn to ignore button. It works, and then shit like this thread won’t happen.

 2. When the fuck has training for elite muscle mass become less intense than training for an elite total? They are both hard, and both take 100% effort. They are just different. No one’s e-penis is bigger so get the fuck over it.

 3. The fact that the “who is or who isn’t a doctor” conversation carried on past like 3 posts is why there are only a handful of accomplished people that post here still. (And they all have patience like no tomorrow, and thank whatever may be holy for that.)

Listen, some of us want to be fucking big. Take the petty school-yard bullshit to the GAL forum. This forum should be a place where I read large fuckers talking about how to get large. Not skinny fuckers talking about fucking dentists.

No wonder the T-Cell was created.
it doesnt matter, all these idiots in this thread have access to the t-cell.

Let’s go back to the intelligent forums.

Apparently it is you sir who needs the education–PHYCHOLOGISTS can, in some states, indeed prescribe medications. I CLEARLY said: I sure as hell won’t take medical advice from a vet who, in your definition, IS a doctor!

In what states do they allow someone without a medical degree prescribe medication?

I don’t know what a phychologist is but a psychologist is not a medical doctor. They are often referred to as “doctor” because they may have a PHD, making them a doctor.

Psychiatrists on the other hand can prescribe medication because they have to go to medical school to be called a psychiatrist. Graduation from med school qualifies them as doctors.

Clinical psychologists are allowed to prescribe medication in two states (Louisiana and New Mexico).

CT… The T-Nation Teflon Man.

Regularly wades through the shit around here, but always manages to stay clean.

Respect to you, sir.
I’m a genuine good guy (I like to think so) and have a passion for everything related to training. I really have no vested interest and I’m self-confident enough not to be afraid of new things. I honestly try to get along with everybody involved with training; we all share a similar passion and can all learn from one another.

Big guys don’t get big by accident. They all do something right along the way, whether they know it or not!

Best post in the history of the universe ever!

Gotta love the pride and high egos…I mean hey, it’s inevitable for all of us to get overexcited and give in to it, but let’s all try to work together towards our common goals instead of bashing each other. Yeah that’s right, I’m back after being dormant for 10,000 years.

Although I never was that active to begin with; made a few comments here and there when I still had much to learn. I laugh and shake my head when reading the statements I made on Jumpsoles and flexibility for vertical leap or the “elite” workout I had posted. My point is, less directed insults and criticism and more brotherhood of badass!

And to contribute to this particular topic: Crew I remember following your training throughout the physique clinic and I respect you man, but I’d have to agree somewhat with Prof X for the reason that I, Bodybuilder most likely would involve a lot of heavy lifting to tax the nervous system. Therefore, it would probably still be detrimental to your recovery.

I would instead train with time being a set variable and just try to increase the work done in each session. Read Charles Staley’s stuff on Escalating Density Training if you haven’t already. Hope that helped…

A PhD in any field of science gives any person the right to call themselves a Doctor of Philosophy. This is as far as I go. It’s also the original reference of doctor.

A Medical Doctor (MD) is a physician and is also colloquially called a doctor and is not a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine until a proven new research has been made in the field by the person.

Now who gets to be called doctor or not? I don’t know.

There is some interesting reading here
