When Your Shoulders Are Buggered

I have bad shoulders.

Some exercises just aren’t good for me. Let’s all make a list of what aggravates our shoulders. I’ll start.

Overhead squats= a nice idea, but not a good idea.

Benching to neck= very painful.

Shrugging with a stupid rotational-range-of-motion= I think this was the original culprit, when i was younger.
