Im pretty sure this has been asked before. but im completely new to this site so please forgive me.
When is it best for me to take my creatine? before the workout or after? and do i drink it 4 times for the 1st 5 days and continue with 2 drinks the rest after that?
Im taking the creatine from EAS.
i have Metabolic Drive that i bought here and do i just take 1 drink after the workout or like 2 times a day like 1 in the morning and the other after the workout in the evening?

Welcome to the site. Here’s my take on your questions:
I believe the most popular creatine protocol is post-workout (I add mine to my post-workout Surge). What you’re describing is creatine loading. This practice has been pretty much tagged as pointless.
Metabolic Drive is a protein “supplement”. It should supplement your normal diet to meet you daily protein requirements. So by definition, there really is no “best” way to consume Metabolic Drive. It is generally accepted around here to try to get as much of your nutrients from whole foods as possible. When you fall short, use Metabolic Drive to reach your goals.
i like to take my creatine in the morning right when i wake up, i put a spoonful in my mouth then wash it down with water on an empty stomach, then shower and stuff and eat breakfast 20 mins later… that was it absorbs the best, then ill have another scoop post workout. (once again just a spoonful in the mouth, wash it down with protein.
i find it easier to do that then mixing it with something
pvoosen i wash it down with a few chugs of water, it’s impossible to swallow it dry. its just alot easier than constantly stirring it in a glass of water so the particles stay suspended
