When to Train Around Deep Tissue Massage

Hi bird watchers!

I wasnt too sure where to post this question blablabla.

I have finally found a deep tissue masseure, who is in the game. Apparently this guy has won a few bodybuilding competitions back in his day and knows his stuff.

Anyway, I could only get an appointment at lunch time on Thursday for a deep tissue session with this guy. Can I still train Thursday morning? Or should I change that to Thursday afternoon? Or should I not train at-all? I have Thursday off work, so Im planning a nap after the massage on Thursday… will that give me enough recovery to hit the gym later that day?

When I get mine its usually a couple hours after I train.

It doesn’t matter when you get it.

And why do people over think fucking everything, its just a fucking massage, not ACL surgery.

if anything i would train before not after, give your body time to settle after the massage. but mostly just lift…

Just don’t get the massage the day after you train.

You may end up on the ceiling.

How the fuck does a bird get a deep-tissue massage without getting crushed to death? Does the masseuse use Q-tips?
