I was wondering when you guys drink this stuff? I was wonderinb about the creatine, do u drink a shake of that and a shake of protein/bcaa’s after workout?

Protein powders are generally used between whole food meals to help meet whatever protein intake an individual is shooting for. BCAA’s are used in much the same way with an emphasis around training. Creatine is typically used post-workout in either a whey or specific post workout recovery drink like Surge to promote the recovery process. You wouldn’t drink a ‘shake’ of creatine, rather a scoop of creatine in your whey or Surge shake.

Ok, would it be fine to sip on your creatine during workout and then drink your protein shake and BCAA’s post workout?
creatine tastes god awful in its pure form, I drink is as fast as possible with some water.

yes, but it would probably be easier to just mix it with the pwo shake
in my opinion, if anything is to be sipped during the workout it should be the bcaa’s rather than the creatine. but i’d just mix it all together pwo if i were you.
