BCAA's and Creatine Together

Hey guys,

Had a quick question for some of the veteran supplimenters out there.

A buddy of mine has got a product that is a blend of BCAA’s and Creatine…(ie: 1 scoop = 5g creatine, 5g BCAA)

Would he be best served taking this supp Pre or Post workout?

(I know what I think, but don’t want to sway opinions)

Ideally, pre and post. But if it’s one or the other: Post.

I use the same mix 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop post. And I add 5 BCAA grams to the post one.
