I’ve just read “Shoulder the Load” article on the site: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
But I have a question: how do you think we should implement those rotator cuff exercises into our routine/program?
My program now is:
Monday Chest + lateral delts
Tuesday Back
Wednesday off
Thursday Legs
Friday Front delt + arms
Saturday off
Sunday off
When should I work my rotator cuff?
When do you do the rotator cuff exercises?
Thanks!
Well I always do rotator cuff exercises before my workout during my warm up.
Normally that + foam roll + mobility stretching = Shoulder (left) and both in general have fixed themselves tremendiously and it gets the blood pumping through the body before the main workout.
I always start upper-body workouts with YTWLs:
which have served me well.

To pre-exhaust my rotator cuff before upper body workout really isn’t what I want… it can be very dangerous.
I want to train them well, not just to warm up.
You really don’t need much thought for this man lol do them whenever the hell you want. Hell I do some shoulder rehab before bed…it doesn’t matter at all.
