When on TRT, Should the Diet Change?

I hear ya bud. A bit alarmist I think but I hear ya. In that light my comments seen extreme to you. I dont think 300 mg of testosterone is an extreme dose. Especially in light of the fact that the guy posted bloodwork and is already on testosterone. His testosterone levels are low and so is his hct. I’m not recommending that he runs 300 mg in fact I merely said his plan to increase his trt to 150 mg was reasonable. Apparently (despite your statement stating otherwise) you are trying to play hero. This is a public forum. Anyone that reads information here and takes it as gospel is a fool. Especially if they are taking advice from an I’ll advised fool like you.

Wow…here we go…lmao

Lift some weights bro. Take a breather and please re read what my post was stating. I was not calling you out in any way and I think your comment (in it’s context) was spot on.

I was trying to take a very good comment and show how it could come across in an out of context setting.

Lmao! All I can say here man…

I will address this comment. I am no hero. I’m not even a boy scout. I’m someone who knew jack shit about TRT and found this forum by searching for answers. I don’t take anything as gospel, except for the gospel itself. I read and learned what little I know (and that’s more than where I started, even though it pales in comparison to the expert PhD status of a veteran like you) from here, and other places like it.

I have no allusions of being a hero. I have no allusions that I am a guru, or even someone with respectable knowledge on TRT, diet, or anything else for that matter. I do have compassion for others though, and I am very greatful for the help I have received this far. If I see any opportunity to give anything back, I try to take that opportunity. Sometimes that’s misguided as well, and sometimes…well Let’s just leave it there.

Enough time wasted on this subject.

Not a problem, I was pretty sure you had good intentions and like most here were trying to help. Not like you called me an idiot or anything.

Thanks, that looks pretty close. Left out the hard boiled egg. Going to have to check out the label on the cottage cheese……….a lot of Na.

I did leave out the egg whoops. And yeah this was just loose showing it was a balanced meal. The CC I chose might be totally different.

Can’t be robbed of my protein……………………………

I just checked, my serving would have around 800mg! Ouch. Going to have to look for a low sodium version. Seems like an easy place to cut sodium. I eat it for the protein, but could even switch to chicken, turkey or fish. Thanks.

I grabbed a cup of full fat cottage cheese and mixed in some oats a few raisins, cinnamon, and honey after I wrote that up. Put me in the mood.
