Hey guys.
Lately I have realized that I always get the best results when I write my own programs and sort of listen to my body.
Although I like to switch my lifting template around with body part splits, upper and lower body splits, and total body routines, I find split routines to be the best for me. I am never sure of how to split up my workouts throughout the weedk and were just wondering what all you guys are doing. Most recently, my setup looked like CT’s HSS-100 plan, which was as follows:
Monday-quads
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-off
Thursday-Hamstrings
Friday-Chest/shoulders
Saturday-bi’s and tri’s
Sunday-off
I have thought about switching this up a little, and were wondering what splits some of you guys were doing.
