hit a swole PR on swiss bar curlz today. my swole was a good two reps better than last time.
260x5 conventional deadlift at 140lbs
610 deadlift
325 bench with a pause
225 close grip military press (a little closer than clean grip, hands in front of shoulders)

300 bench, easy.
350 X 3 squat.
200 X 3 fat-bar push press.
Ring dips; 40kgx4 reps at a bodyweight of 75kg.
I can do like 15 reps on parallel bars though, the rings make it so much harder!
I was really happy with a 150 x 9 skull crushers I got yesterday.
hit new PR’s in all three lifts at my first PL meet. 445 squat (lots left in the tank) 340 paused bench (5-10lbs in the tank) and 475 DL (10-15lbs in the tank)
EDIT: Lots of “in the tanks” in that post. Pretty lame but i didnt know what else to say lol

Umm, I curled 5.0 lbs with my left bicep. That’s a solid 500% increase in what I could lift with it last month since I completely detached the muscle from my forearm.
OK, OK…I got 425x5 on the squat too.
