What's this Athlete’s Bodyfat %?

Man get out and never return

I agree but 5-10% can’t be it he’d be way more vascular and super veiny and his abs would be showing very well. None of that is the case with him

Glad to hear.

LOL.

Nah, I’m good. There’ve been like at least 4 or 5 replies that answered that question already.

I didn’t assume dickall. I commented based entirely on the information presented.

It’s not my fault you’ve chosen to keep an avatar from 8 years and dozens of pounds ago. It’s also not my fault you’re asking basically the same question you did 8 years ago.

Nor is it my fault you’ve spent the last 8 years seeing that kind progress without actually learning how to set gym goals, leaving you to pick completely arbitrary targets to shoot for.

If you’re unable to look at the basketball dude you posted, then look at yourself (whatever that happens to be), and draw some comparisons about what it’d take “to get a similar physique”, then, yes, you’ve wasted a good part of the last 8 years.

Both of these cannot be true. Do you want to look like him or do you want to be as lean as possible over 200?

Again clown all I asked was for an estimate you could’ve gave one and kept it pushing or just not responded at all,I’m not in the wrong here lmaoooo now you’ve gotten proven completely wrong thinking I never made any progress on lifting when I reached over 1200 pounds for the big 3 in less than 3 years great genetics thank you lmao now your looking stupid. Again I’m trying to look similar to him at 205 lean as possible which naturally that’s as lean as you gonna look at over 200 pounds around our height so it is the same thing fish head lmao I’ll never take roids no need to so again the question is still the same!

Did you… just call me… fish head?

:fish:

Yes go take a swim Chris. No estimation please leave lol

You look way bigger and better than the dude you’re “chasing”? What the hell is going on here. If that’s truly you, then the basketball player you showed should be asking you how to get like that.

So now my advice would be, if you still wanted to look like him, stop working out.

That picture where I leaned out was 2017 I was only 185-190,I’m currently back at that weight after losing 20 pounds during COVID-19 due to no gyms. I have never been able to get over 200 pounds lean so that’s why I’m asking the questions again the picture below is two nights ago as I’m trying to build back up to 200-205 but lean as possible.

Lmao fish head clown get lost man

I applaud you for responding so much.

So, could you give me an estimate of how to get lost?

Then it’s posible you’ve reached or are near your genetic limit, and you’ll never be a really lean 200, unless you take drugs…

I agree here with @aldebaran. @flashstinson0 You’re probably approaching your genetic limit. How tall are you? I mean honestly you look pretty good at ~190lbs. I know I look drastically different at 190 than 205 where I am at currently but I’m super short so the lbs make a big difference. My friend that’s 6’4 can put on 15 lbs and I can’t tell a difference. Would that 10-15lbs do much for you or is it just a goal to make you happy? Either way, I get it.

This. i’m only 6"1 and over I don’t know, the last 2 years, I only gained 2-3 kgs of lean mass, and yeah I look better, but barely. In any case it takes time when you’ve been training for a long time.

Now can you give me an estimate on the athletes bodyfat?

Yea the picture of me with the gray shorts on is two days ago at 190.5 to be exact but I was wondering is it possible for me to add another 10-15 pounds while still being relatively lean
