hi guys, i'v been moderatly working out for about a year now. I work out when ever i can fit in time sometimes i go to the gym 4-5 times a week some times 2 times a week. i love the lifestyle and the work i see people put into thier bodys and much respect
i eat good big breakfast usally irsh steel cut oats or 4-5 mixed eggs milk try to change it up i break up my lunch into 2 one at 11 and the other about 1 with a peanbutter and honey sandwich dinner i try to eat as much protien i can usally chiken breast rice any meat i can get but not alwasy faithful sometimes can’t get away from moms cookin and snck on some fruit between meals
i take no supplement or vitamins i look and feel much better about myself trying to be healthy but this year i really wanna take everyhting to the next level my workout routine is not so much a routine i’m like a little kid in a candyy store when i go to the gym i love the burn oh god the BURN i work everyhitng i can till it hurts and i want to colapse in the past 6 monthes
i havn’t gained but maybe 15 pound but i look much leaner and feel great about my slef for most of u reading i’m sure u will say my gym routine is poor eating poor no supplemnt or vitmans probley should i’m 19 years old but i look 16 i’m 5’7 140 pounds i would say i have a good fram but i think i might have low testosterone becasue i’m not so big and and look so young at 19 i’d just like some advice in what kinda of week to week excerice routine works for you what do u work on day to day what do u eat what are the right supplemnts and vitamins i should be taking
