Waterbury Method w/ slight modifications (heavier emphasis on deadlift and pull-ups/chin-ups). Being 20 y/o and ravenous lets me recover awfully quick. If I feel good, sometimes I’ll do some strict hypertrophy 4x6 or 3x10 in between my 3 day a week Waterbury. On days I don’t weight lift I do intense Taekwondo training (my University’s club is brutal in the conditioning department. Think HIIT for an hour) and usually try to sneak one day off into my week.
Chad’s Next Big 3 along with GPP ASAP. Also Back Bridging whenever I get a chance and at least 3 times a week.

I did the workout for six weeks just as he described. My results have been amazing. People have noticed my size gains, but I’m more impressed by my strength gains. For the first time in my life(I’m 32)I’m benching 350lbs for 4 reps and squating 405 for 4. Lifting with speed definetly works great.
4 day split. Legs, Chest (hypertrophy), Back, Chest (power)
I don’t do more than 16 work sets per workout, get out in less than an hr.
