What Was Your Best Lift This Week?

I’m doing push ups and yoga till I get out of therapy…reading these posts makes me wanna rip something apart

Squats

315 lbs, rest/pause sets

2 sets of 7 X 3 reps (20 sec rest)

Damn you guys are strong as hell…
Anyway, Started a new program yesterday. Was Chest/Back day - managed 5 cluster reps with 100kgs on the flat bench, Finally reached 15 reps on pullups, started deadlifting and pulled 100kgs for 8 on that. Oh and DB Flies, 5 x 5 with 30kgs.
Was a good day for me!

Deadlifted 295x10

Romanian deadlifts were great. My squats were pretty good this week too. My current #'s are nothing like most people here, but for me I’ve made great progress.

best lift was a 130kg clean & jerk.

not a PB but it’s right up there at 97-98% of my max… pity I failed the 135kg - twice! :-((

Pulled a 200kg Rack Deadlift * 4

Meant to only do 180kg put on 2 25kgs’s instead of 20’s

But it worked !

Hit 425x2 today on bench press. Was not expecting that at all after I got hammered at a cabin party and only got 4 hours of sleep last night lol, but I’m not complaining.

Funny how that works sometimes.

Leg Press widowmaker of sled+580 for 39…I actually failed trying to get rep 40 up. Ouch.
