working it back up…stopped for a long time, due to torn pec.
How long mate?
I’ve not done any real lifting since august where I hurt my right knee twice, once mountain boarding and another but more serious time when I was kiting FAIL.
Only yesterday I did back squats on 130kg for 4’s and 6’s!!! Still not 100%, back feels weak and disjoint from a pre existing injury.

ouch. what type of injury do youu think is in the knee??

MCL I reckon but it’s nearly 100% and my main concern is the back.
The issue is now of the back. Feels weak as f0ck and it’s the limiting factor in getting my legs back up to full strength. But I’ve been getting at it. Did 130 back squat x 4reps x 2sets and then 6reps x 3sets last Wednesday so that was good. Still a far cry from at least 155 x 6 x 6…I’m also leaving my hips out behind as it relieves the pressure off my back if I dont’ drive in with my hips.
I’m off on holiday for 3 weeks on Saturday so I only have tonight and Wednesday to train before a 3 week break.
