I am just getting off of my second cycle of androsol and was wondering what anyone recommended for taking while off it. During my first off cycle I lost practically all the strength and weight I gained I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. I was thinking about taking M from biotest and some creatine. Any recommendations on best creatine to take and when to take it, before or after training? Any suggestions would help out alot. By the way, your androsol kicks a$$, and am going to try mag-10 for next cycle. Keep up the good work.
Tribex and M would both be good options either stacked together or if only one had to be taken, I would lean towards Tribex. For creatine, I would just use plain powdered creatine that I mix in warm tea or with my Surge post workout.
Tribex, Tribex, Tribex, did I mention Tribex-500!!! I also like ZMA products when coming off, and Methoxy-7 to retain most of my mass.
Did you radically change your diet after your Androsol cycle? That’s usually the culprit of lost gains.
