If you’re seriously taking in that much caffeine daily, how much do you think a pre-workout coffee is going to help? Did I read that wrong or are you drinking 8 cups a day?

Wait - does Spike have any vasodilators in it? I mean, I’ve used Spike in the past but never to lift - now I’m curious.
Also, how does Spike Shooter compare to Spike Shotgun - I just realized I’ve been using Spike Shooters not Spike Shotgun
Ha Didn’t you just give the OP crap for not reading the label? oh the irony
Welcome to the internet.
Also, isn’t caffeine a vasoconstrictor?

You said vasodilator then vasoconstrictor… so which one is it? Does it constrict the blood vessels or dilate them? (serious question)
Do you actually use jack3d? If so how do you like it?
Wait lol, I ASKED if Spike had an dilators in it that I didn’t see - I don’t see any. Caffeine IS a vasoconstrictor, but someone else pointed out it increases contractile force. Dilators include things like arginine obviously but also blends like glycocarn etc

the way you referenced the vasoconstrictor (caffeine) it seemed like it was a tag along with your original comment about Spike. Thats why I asked.
Yeah its totally cool, caffeine in and of itself is a constrictor for sure. I guess its not enough to overcome the dilation properties of the other ingredients, judging by how prevalent it is in formulas promising WICKED SICK PUMPZ
i for one love a Spike energy drink about a half hour to an hour before any vigorous physical activity, and then sipping a moderate blend of protein and carbs during workouts. as soon as I can afford it, i’ll be slapping down for some protocol 2.
