Go for it, what do I know anyways.
You’re just shortchanging yourself. Listen to Way; the dude is pushing 280 lbs and has abs, he obviously knows a few things. Even without those prerequisites, you should see that your diet is far from being where it should be if you want to get legitimately lean, and not stay on the skinny-fat track.

man i know what u mean, like listen to this the day b4 yesterday, yesterday and today i switched my diet as follows and all sh*t broke lose, panic attacks AGAIN,not feeling right and the shittiest was ,u know when u get really scared the feelin u feel in the middle of ur chest, thats what i felt and thats after approx. 3 days. and here’s the diet and keeep in mind it was for almost 3days.
Meal 1:
Oats
tuna
protein shake
Meal 2:
boiled macaroni
grilled Chicken
Meal 3:
Chicken/Fish /stake
sweet potato/potato/brown rice/rice “depends whats available”
Meal 4:
protien shake
around 40 ~60 g almonds
Meal 5:
4 Full Eggs
2 Egg Whites
Meal 6:
Rice
Chicken/Beef/Fish
yogurt
i was on an extra clean diet, but for some reason my body isnt responding i get all sort of bad feelings when i go on low carb and high protien.my plan was to eat this way for 6 days and cheat on the 7th,i couldnt pull it on a 3days time.and the only thing am taking along side my protein as supplement is green tea pills, and i take 1 pill every day.
so waylanderxx am not trying to refute what ur saying but i simply cant do it,the way u guys do it.
You can have carbs, just have them for breakfast, before lifting, during, and the meal immediately after. Aside from that keep them as low as possible. That’s 4 windows of opportunity to get carbs in, which is more than enough. If fat loss is your goal though, I would really not have any carbs 2-4 hrs before you go to bed.
Your probably felt shitty because you have been running off of sugar (honey) for so long and your body was not used to the sudden change. Bottom line is if you ever want to look the way you think you should, your diet has to change. Slowly transition, or do whatever you have to do, but unless you have some disease I am not aware of there is no reason you cannot eat the same as “us”.
With time and consistency your body will respond much better and faster to a diet like the one you just posted as opposed to the first one.
by the way, pre workout. Make that strictly carbs and protein, almonds have a ton of fat in them, which just slows down the absorption of everything, not to mention the fat will more than likely be stored as bodyfat in the presence of a strong insulin response that honey will be giving. So in closing, pre workout, during workout, after workout…just carbs and protein, no fats.
That’s just some stuff to think about, I’d suggest you do some reading though.

am making sure i dont eat 2 to 3 hours b4 sleeping, and even when i do ,i dont go above 350 cals, cause body burns around 60 cals per hour during sleeping, and i sleep between 6 to 8 hours.

my workout is first thing in the morning like 7 am ,and i wake at 6 15 or 6 30 am,so i dont think i have time for a solid pre workout meal, thats why i go with, 4 spoons of honey, and a handfull of alamonds
and concerning insulin response/sensitivity ,as i uderstood as long as i dont push it with carbs, i wont insulin peak, cuz when the insulin shoots up body starts on fat saving mode,am even think of buying a diabetic measuring aparatus, when that takes blood sugar that way i can keep control of my blood sugar.
today i read about leptin and ghrelin enzymes and how they effect our body’s metabolism,so here’s one more thing to read on. ![]()
You’re one of the people that needs to forget 90% of the shit you know about traning and nutrition. You just look like a smaller version of your before picture. You are not on the right track and are ignoring the good information. You have just enough knowledge on the subject to THINK you know what you’re doing but not enough to get it right. I’m sorry to be so blunt but you really need to do a total makeover of your diet and training. And type like a person with a goddammned 8th grade education. It’s nausiating to read half that shit.
Wow!
