What supplements are you taking daily?

As I continue to try to improve my health (my goal is to be the healthiest I’ve ever been when I reach 40 in 9 months), I have began looking at different daily supplements to maximize my newly prescribed TRT. I am curious to hear about everyone else’s and possibly add some to mine as well.

Here is my list of daily supplements:

Morning-
-Men’s Multivitamin
-1000mg L-Arginine
-2000 IU Vitamin D3

Evening-
-250mg Magnesium

Turning 40 this year as well.

Daily, I take creatine, electrolytes, Flameout, ElitePro, Rez-V, D Fix, Omega-Man, Carbolin 19, P-Well (that one is HUGE for this age), Micellar Curcumin, melatonin, and Apple cider vinegar. Once it comes back in stock, I’m excited to get back on Indigo-3g.

I turned 40 earlier this month… look at us all go.

Mine is basically a copy and paste minus the electrolytes, melatonin, and apple cider vinegar.

I don’t know what my knees would do without Flameout and Micellar Curcumin.

I take quite a few of the Biotest supplements, but at 76 years old and what I know now I would recommend considering adding vitamin K2 to your supplements.

Last winter I had a total heart work up. I have a large amount of calcium in my heart. My doctor added a few more medications that are heart related.

I saw where vitamin K2 helped to prevent calcification build up in the arteries. That is something that I need to prevent further calcium added to my heart. I would be better off if I started adding vitamin K2 a few decades ago. Therefore, I added daily vitamin K2 to my supplement list a little more than a year ago.

PWell
Curicumin
D
Rez v
Maritine pine bark
ElitePro
B12
Loaded Protein w Collegen

PWell, D, Curicumin and RezV I can notice if miss.

I’ve been feeling a difference since adding supps from UK Biaxol to my routine—more energy during training and better focus. I still take the basics like fish oil, magnesium, and creatine, but this gave an extra push without messing with my sleep or appetite. Been consistent with it for a few weeks now and no weird side effects so far, which is always my first concern with anything new.

I turn 40 next year and i’ve been striving to the same goal! Healthiest i’ve ever been and in the best shape of my life by 40.

My supps are:
Creatine
Curcumin
Fish Oils
D3+K2
Magnesium Glycinate

I have a couple of scoops of whey a day, i don’t know if youre counting that

@T3hPwnisher what’s P-Well for?

A quick look at that link, looks like most of what they’re are selling is SARMs - experimental drugs basically. If health and longevity is your goal, I’d avoid.

Here is an excellent description of it’s benefits

Most immediate benefit I notice is not needing to get up in the middle of the night to pee, which means better sleep/recovery.

The P-Well label says 180 mg punicalagins, is that the actual amount of punicalagins, or is that 180 mg of extract with only a % being punicalagins?

Does anyone know?
