WS4SB and HSS-100.
all of them
4 day splits
monday: bench and light tricep work
tues: legs and light bicep
wednesday: shoulders and heavy tricep
thursday: back and heavy bicep
friday: light legs again and abdominals should you feel the need. other than that, I go 3 months powerlifting to bulk up, take two weeks off then go to an endurance program for 3 months, another two weeks off. 3 months strength training program. the exercises you choose to use for your workouts are yours, as not everything works the same for everybody. and yes, include cardio when you so feel it in all 3 portions of the program
