What Should I Do About the Fat? New Program?

Do you think a top strength coach would haphazardly put something in a program?

Here’s his bio, you tell me if you think you know more… ok?

"Chad Waterbury is currently enrolled in the nation’s #1 ranked Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at the University of Southern California (USC). He’s a neurophysiologist and author whose unique training methods are used by a wide range of athletes, bodybuilders, figure models, and fitness enthusiasts of all ages and from all walks of life.

He was the director of strength and conditioning at the Rickson Gracie International Jiu Jitsu Center in West Los Angeles and now works with professional athletes, celebrities and non-athletes one-on-one. He contributes to many magazines such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Fight! and the t-nation.com bodybuilding Web site, and he’s the author of Huge in a Hurry and Muscle Revolution. He also lectures for fitness organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and gives personal seminars on a limited basis.

Chad has a master’s degree in physiology from the University of Arizona, where his focus on the neurophysiology of human movement and performance led him to make radical changes in the way he trains competitive athletes as well as nonathletic clients. His workouts are now shorter and faster, producing superior results in strength, power, and muscular development, while at the same time inducing less fatigue and allowing for shorter recovery periods between workouts."

Ok ok! But i see that i need to do like 10 min running after every lifting-excercies, but i really dont like running. Can i remove that bite from the program, u think? Will continue with calorie deficit+jumping rope, where i think that i can burn some fat.

Noooooooooooooo.

Did you read the program? From the program:

Please re-read the above.

Yes and yes. That u write there is cardio, like running. I train in the garage, so i have not that cycle there. Men i can do anything else, but that is not the same maybe?

Here we fucking go again…

What do you dislike more, being fat or doing sprints?

I workout in my garage as well.

Yes but do i really need to do sprints? Isnt it enough to just keep going on a calorie deficit?

I’ve told you what I think. It’s up to you to do as you wish.

It says fat burning booster, what does that mean? Something i can choose self to do?

Does someone one?

Kid, just do the entire program, even if you don’t like it. When you don’t like something, that means that you really need to do that to achieve results.
Fat Burning Booster means that the workout 10x3 by it self is a great way for burning fat. Doing it is an Extra that will make the progress really go fast, got it?
You can run arround your block, or only on your street back and foward. If you don’t have a bike, repeat running or jumping rope. Also, Jumping rope is one of the best things to lose fat in the world. Isn’t that hard to learn and it burns fat much more fast than most of the other methods.

And… If you just start a program like Strong Lifts or Starting Strength, you will get results. you’re a novice, almost anything works, you just need to keep doing it! By your pictures the fat isn’t the problem to be honest, is the lack of lean mass, muscles… Do some Hard Work and check taking pictures each 15 days, I guarantee you that if you keep doing a program as it is created and suposed to be done and eating properly, in 90 days you will look like a kid that always worked out =)
