It’s very similar to the @StanEfferding Vertical Diet which is legit AF.
But the more you think about it, this is really just common sense IMO.
Prioritize real whole nutrient dense foods and quit eating shit.
You’ll feel so much better.

I put minced garlic next to my gear in my fridge.

I have to give Phil credit though - based on his fridge door, I bet his meal prep tastes 10x better than Cutler’s.
He got Sriracha, Cholula, Ranch and at least 7 other condiments.
