What Result to Expect?

Hi,

I am wondering if you are willing put in 6 years of hard work:

  • training hard 5 times a week regularly (changing the programs now & then)
  • cardio 2-3 times a week
  • clean bulking diet with a cheat meal once a week.
  • never missing a training session.

What kind of result will one be expecting in terms of muscle mass, built?
I want to be realistic with the goals I’m setting so asking anyone here who might have done 6-7 years of training and what’s the result like.
Thanks.

you will build exactly 32.567 lbs of muscle! wtf dude how could anyone answer that,do what you wrote and report back in 6-7 years and then post your results!

With those exact parameters, a person would look pretty damn awesome after 6 years.

You can expect to be a completely different person physically than you were before.

You should be quite a bit bigger/leaner/stronger.

The extent to which you will be bigger/leaner/stronger cannot be measured. It’ll be dictated by your work ethic, workout plan and genetics.

Assuming you do everything you outlined correctly, you should actually get moderately impressive.

Try it and report the results

WTF iz dis crystal ball shit

my apologies if my question sounds stupid…haha…looking back…it does…
I guess everyone will have different results…just thinking in terms of how much of muscle mass gain is possible?
please ignore this thread…should rethink carefully before posting …
