Eating some (prayed at the altar of Carbzilla for a few months), training more, working too much.
Sitting at 255 lbs, hoping to even out at about 220 - 230 lbs for beach season.

Everything in my life has changed. Attention from women.Respect from coworkers. Everyone wants to know the secret or wants to hate out of jealousy. At the emergency department where I am a nurse they often page “BEN and Security to room 12 now” when they get into trouble. Met Ronnie Coleman and frank Zane at The Arnold this year volunteering as part of the medical staff. I honestly feel sorry for anyone trapped in a fat, sick, skinny, unhealthy body and wish I would have figured this out sooner. Thanks to everyone who helped me out on here. Too many to mention.

You are right I guess it has been longer…did not mean to misrepresent, just that time flies. Most of the work took less than three years.
