Hey guys, already made a thread earlier but it got kinda cluttered so im gonna start a new one
Currently cruising right now, 180 mg test, 180 lbs 14% bf.
max lifts:
405 squat
275 bench (shoulder bursitis and tendinitis holding me back on bench unfortunately)
475 deadlift
Made great gains from my 3rd cycle - “high” dose test e (500-750) and adrol(50mg pwo-100mg pwo)
I upped the adrol to 100 on the last few weeks of my powerbuilding program
Made great strength gains aswell as lean gains. Had a VERY active manual labor job at the time of this cycle, which in turn gave the shoulder injury, 4500 calories at my relatively lean 180 lbs.
Expect more gains etc now that i can concentrate only on working out and eating as i am on sick leave from my job
This cycle worked very well, but i want to introduce another compound - especially since if I run this again, i won’t introduce the anadrol until about week 12-13.
Im debating test-eq-adrol but worried about the bloods going out of whack.
Also debating primo as the new compound, i have 2 test only cycles behind me and test-adrol.
The reason i want to add another compound is pretty much curiosity and kicking off the cycle a little harder than with just test this time.
There are really not that much options…
Test EQ. Test Tren. Test Deca.
Test EQ Tren. Test EQ Deca.
Orals if u like/torelate em - anadrol/dbol/stanazalol.
When you are done with these, in comes GH and insulin.
People make such big deal out of this as if there were so many options. There really arent.
My diet is pretty clean, I eat pretty much the same foods every single day. protein: chicken, eggs, beef, carbs: rice, oats, pasta, fats: olive oil etc
And you are sure about things like eggs, oats or beef?
Man, just because they are “classic bodybuilding foods” doesnt mean YOU can eat them.
Have you done the blood work on foods your body cant tolerate? I mean, there are people who cant tolerate tomatoes or raspberries. My body reacts better eating potatoe chips, than it does when i eat eggs.
From what you wrote, if those are the only foods you eat - eggs and oats are a classic that could be bad. Pasta also, because its wheat, and wheat is number one on the list in general. Also, i have had some problems with certain types of beef.
You just dont care to actually dive into the problem.
YES, Acne is diet related, just like @RT_Nomad said.
