dumbell, can do repetition sometimes if you want too.

Will do.

Today I did 3 sets of 3 pull ups, one before training, one during, and one after. I think that’s what I’m going to stick with, increasing the reps as I get better at them.

Can anybody take a guess as to my body fat percentage?
