LOL at not thinking this is berating.
I know more than just “biology”…but when I say I am a doctor, all of you complain.
That medical knowledge makes me an authority n how the human body works…not just biology.
Now that you know this, why avoid giving me credit for that?
We study nutrition in school also. I have also worked as a personal trainer.

To be fair, some of the least knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to weight training are doctors.
Not that this takes away from you but saying “I’m a doctor” doesn’t mean anything with regards to bodybuilding.
How many threads have we seen on this site where someone goes to the doctor and they tell them to stop having whey shakes because it is ruining their kidneys? Lol
Basic college level nutrition classes are total BS as well.
They perpetuate that same crap about average (for bodybuilders/physique orriented people, 1-2g per LB) protein intake being bad for you.
Eating fats are bad
Blah blah blah.
Again, not to take anything away from YOU because I would venture to say that almost every single person on this site with a college degree probably took nutrition classes thinking it would be interesting because of how much nutrition is a part of the Iron game.
Obviously, most of us were severely disappointed with what was actually taught lol
Anyway, back to the riveting discussion at hand.
