Sam’s Club sells Member’s Mark products, and I have switched to the children’s chewables. They are so yummy! I eat up six a day, and it’s still not enough compared to some of the other things I’ve used.
I hear that Source One (I believe that’s the name) makes the best vitamins out there. But they are expensive.
I’m sticking to my chewables for now and plenty of good food (a wide variety of protein, veggies, fruit, etc).
Nate, wouldn’t kids vitamins have Iron in them? might want to check on that before you OD on iron. not a good thing to be in excess of…
i also take Standard Process vitamins, they go along the lines of ’ you should get all your nutrition from food’ as that’s what they are made of. just concentrated food pills. they make so many different combinations for so many different things that its best to talk to a doctor who sells them to get the best combo for you.
i take a multi, one for my adrenals, one for female stuff, one that’s got minerals and one that has B complex vitamins. i also take an antioxidant and cod liver oil (thinking of going to fish oil, just don’t have a brand picked out yet).
I haven’t tried any of his products as of yet; I have neither had inoperable cancer or an infertile wife to really see the benefits of his flax oil blend.
On advice from Charles P I use Thorne and Pure Encapsulations multis, and fish oils. He said Norewegian something or other brand was also good for EFAs, no mercury.
