I gave Magarhe’s workout plan a go this week. I’m taking 4x more fish oil, cut down the workout sessions down to 30-40 minutes, bumped up my caloric intake-- trying to eat every 2-3 hours.
…and all I gotta say is… I FEEL FUCKING GREAT.

I dont know what is happening with this site…if its because of the increased volume of new posters or something, but I think that there have been like 4 people this week who are “getting it”. This is great.

You can have a great workout without any soreness the next day. I doubt you are overtraining.

That’s really a mixed bag for me. It makes my muscles shrink, but it makes another part grow.
