I finished off the Triple Coronary Bypass Burger at The Vortex in Midtown (Atlanta) last night.
Two 1/2lb sirloin patties, 3 grilled cheese sandwiches as buns, 10 slices of bacon, 8 slices of american cheese, 2 fried eggs, and a ton of cheese and mayo covered tots and fries.
That might be the heaviest meal I’ve ever seen. I like that despite the fact that everything is clealry smothered in mayo, they still gave you 2 extra mayo packets. How’d you feel after, or even during?
My Coronary Bypass challenge…love me some Vortex…going to be one of the staples of any future Atlanta trips I take!

I was surprised because I finished the burger in about 5 minutes, but the cheese fries/tots took a bit longer due to the extreme richness of the sauce. Also, my ‘food baby’ wasn’t that big and I felt like I could have eaten some more. This was also my 6th meal for the day and I had eaten 350g potatoes and 300g chicken about an hour prior (PWO meal) haha. I still had a full feeling the next morning (yesterday) and I’ve been pretty bloated because of the insane amounts of salt, which I never add to food.
Great food.
Well this is boring compared to all ya’ll but…
Christmas morning like 8 pancakes,4 sausages, bacon, big ol’ pile of hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, toast with XXtra butta, orange juice, and the biggest fucking glass of chocolate milk evahh !
I was only 10 though, so that’s what makes it somethin’, ya know? I ate more than my grill master 250lb uncle. I couldn’t decide what to have for breakfast, so I ate it all, mwAHH.
I think I was born with the appetite of a powerlifter, tear, twas a beautiful meal…

Is that the same challenge? The patties I could do, but the grilled cheese buns would stop me in my tracks. Don’t think I’d even make it to the fries/tots. Y’all are beasts.
I want to say I pussed out and just got the double instead of the triple, but I can’t remember for sure…I love grilled cheese so the buns weren’t too bad…you gotta throw the tots on the sandwich as you’re eating it…its all about efficiency and eating economy!

Just under/at 200lbs right now. This is my 6th week of my first “bulk.” I began at 175lbs.
