What is the stronger compound for muscle building

I’d take the NPP over the anavar.
I do not know which is the better, but one of my favorite stacks was:
For how long?
NPP easily.
I would keep anavar to 5-6 weeks but NPP could be run anywhere from 6-20 weeks or more if you like pinning EOD.
Typically, I ran a 8 week cycle. (Just know that I was “on cycle” longer than I was “off cycle.”)
If I had a “targeted contest” I was “on cycle” for 12 weeks. But at the start of week 7, I increased my total AAS mgs, by dropping an oral (usually Dianabol) and adding either Winstrol or Anavar to use a “drier” AAS, plus an injectable like Parabolin (78mg/wk).
I’m currently on 300 test, 250 Npp and I’m about to add 25-50mg of var for the last 6 weeks. I’m actually using this as a “cut”. It has to be the best cut I’ve done. The weight on the scale has only went down 5lbs in 8weeks. But I’m 4 notches down on my belt, abs are popping. Strength is actually up. The NPP has been great for keeping my fullness during the cut. It helps with the psychological aspect of cutting. It keeps your muscles looking full while in a small deficit.
Deca had similar actions. The first contest that I started looking competitive is when I added 100mg/wk of Deca, stacked with 20mg/day of Anavar, winning two consecutive contests two weeks apart in 1977, and Most Muscular in both.
In 1978, I started adding 200mg/wk of testosterone and added size to the separation that I achieved in 1977.
Wow great job. You seem to know a lot about bodybuilding competition training. I completely understand diet is the key. I track and use a food scale for all my meals.
But when I get further into my caloric deficit would it useless to slightly up the dose of anabolics or should keeping everything the same be fine.
I don’t think you’re in any real jeopardy of losing any muscle mass until you’re under 10%BF. As long as you’re not in a ridiculously low calorie deficit. The amount of AAS you’re currently running I think would be protective enough without adding more.
Awesome! Thanks for the help. I haven’t even added the var yet. That will be the last 6 weeks of the cut.
I do this a little different than many. I don’t count calories or carbohydrates. I use a feedback system. I believe it is essential to track metrics to determine everything that influences my body composition.
My metrics for peaking for a contest:
The first diet move is to completely clean up my diet.
I ate 6 meals a day, where I ate at least 40g of protein every meal.
I started 30 minutes of low impact cardio (walking)
Remove a little carbohydrates to begin dropping fat.
Your objective is to say as strong as you can while losing fat. The mirror is the final word.
