Cutting stack suggestions

Hey guys, looking to get some advice on my first cutting cycle. I am looking at running 750 test 500 primo for 12 weeks before my first comp (men’s physique) 12 years lifting exp. 6’4 215 lbs at 13% BF
I naturally stay pretty lean year round this will be my first hard core cut. Goals are looking to recomp end of cycle to be 205-210 6-7 % bf for the show
Is this any advice for compounds would be much appreciated, I have about 5 cycles under my belt over the last 6 years never run primo TIA

To reach 205 lb at 6% body fat, you need to gain 5.65 lb of muscle and lose 15.65 lb of fat, to reach 210 lb at 7% body fat, you need to gain 8.25 lb of muscle and lose 13.25 lb of fat.

Minimum of 6lbs muscle gain and 13lbs fat loss simultaneously, in 12 weeks, no advice on drugs, but you might want to re-adjust expectations. Sorry if that sounds negative, just giving you the figures.

I’d focus purely on the cutting and try to come in the best possible condition.

When is your show?

20 weeks away, I have already started a slow conservative cut not set in stone on the specific stage weight, but to drop 6%7 bf doesn’t seem to unreasonable?

If you are you asking if it is feasible for you to drop from 13% body fat to 6 or 7% body fat in 20 weeks, the answer is yes.

But getting there the first time is a bigger challenge doing so while keeping most of your muscle.

What is the lowest body fat you have reached?

20 weeks is plenty of time to get ready but you need to start dieting. Not worrying about recomp.
What are you taking now and what are you planning leading into the show?

I have been sub 9-10% before but have since gained around 15 lbs more of lean mass

As my post said I am currently natural no gear for the last year, asking for thoughts on primo and test for a cut

So let me get this straight.

You are 20 weeks out from a contest.
You want to start an AAS cycle 12 weeks out.
That gives you 8 more weeks training on your own hormones. No TRT, correct?

That is fine but what is the plan leading into the show?
I think @RT_Nomad and I are a bit confused?
The last 10 weeks is gonna be the most important time to retain muscle.
Layout your plan for the next 20 weeks.

Currently taping down to maintenance calories at around 4400, and am going start dropping the calories 100 a week until my cycle starts at 12 weeks out. Test levels are good I have got my blood work

If your pics represent how you look now, I would maintain your condition and try to get more muscle/strength for these next 8 weeks. You look right at, or less than 13% body fat.

With, as defined as you now look, the last thing you need to do is lose any muscle while you are natural.

Thank you, yes pictures were around 3 weeks ago this is great advice I will continue my normal diet until then. any advice on compounds? Test and primo were my thoughts but I am open to running something else

I have absolutely no experience with Primobolin. And I never used more than 200mg/wk of testosterone cypionate.

I was off of all testosterone cypionate two weeks out of the contest, and switched to 100mg/day of testosterone suspension starting 10 days out, taking the last injection about one hour before prejudging. I felt that testosterone suspension kept me dry and particularly hard and grainy.

BTW, my targeted contest AAS protocol was to start 12 weeks out. At six weeks out I increased AAS dosage about 20%.

I completed almost three decades. I could use most any AAS.

My general philosophy was to have:

  • 200mg /wk testosterone as a base
  • I liked an injectable anabolic, particularly Deca
  • I always used orals (the “wet” ones the first 6 weeks, and the “dry” ones the last 6 weeks.)
  • The last 6 weeks I added 78mg of Parabolan (aka tren e)

I am not suggesting this but just saying that was my AAS contest protocol.

Once clenbuterol became available to me I started using it to drop the final 4 weeks. We thought the body was only using the clen effectively for about 3 weeks. It was our thought that the body down regulated, rendering the clen to become useless. People have perfected its use today, but it is foolish to use it when you are above 9% body fat.
