What is best natural weightlifter plan?

Hello, esteemed Mr. Christian Thibaudeau.
I know that Christian Thibaudeau has written several books and created several workout plans.
However, I’m having trouble choosing, so I’m writing to you.

I was wondering if you could tell me which of Christian Thibaudeau’s books would be the best for a natural weightlifter. I’d like to check out and purchase the plan.
I’m 34 years old and have been weight training for 6 years, but I’ve recently hit a plateau in my hypertrophy.

Not CT but there are several ways you could go about making a decision. Plus nobody can really make a decision for you unless they had a ton of information about you.

CT has his 3 phase hyper trophy plan here on tnation and also has a site thibarmy.com with many plans as well. Check them out and read the descriptions to see what peaks your interest.

You’ll enjoy them. I bought the best workout 1 and 2 then they came up and am running the first one right now. They are fun workouts! Let me know how the new 3 phase hypertrophy ones goes!
