What Happened to Trial and Error?

Goddamn am I long-winded or what…

Cliff notes:

-Hungry4more used to suck for years and nobody would have guessed just how much sheer potential is in that guy.
-Some good genetic traits show early, others may not. Some guys with great genetics stand out early, others take longer but still blow you away eventually. For years I got bigger way faster than quite a few of the pros, but they eventually ended up as Pros and I didn’t and never will.

Lol CC, I thought Bill Roberts was bad enough

The main point being that it doesn’t matter about those with great genetics (that’s going off topic and is rare anyway)…it’s about those with “average” genetics under-estimating what they can accomplish because of mental barriers and not doing things optimally.

To sum up what others have said, it’s not unusual for beginners to be 100% dedicated to training, but not to diet (which is a major handicap).

Aww shit C_C, now I’ll feel like I’ve let you down if I don’t pull at least 900+ within a decade.

Yeah. Pulling 900+ within a decade is gonna be sooooo difficult for you to achieve. Right.

More like 3-4 years.

(no pressure)

He pulls Sumo and is like 5’4"… I could pull that much weight if my ROM was 4 inches too.
