It is a great shame that you very rarely post in the BB section anymore.

A lot of the experienced guys have left, or post a lot less than they did. The beginners section would be a complete write off, if it wasnāt for the valiant efforts of people like Chris Colucci. The bodybuilding forum seems to be overflowing with trolls and idiots who think they are experts after a month of training and a lifetime of reading Chad Waterbury.
^^this^^
I noticed same thing OP. I was gone for awhile while I moved into a new house that i just finished building and settled in. I was barely training 3 days a week, some weeks only 2 days while trying to paint rooms and install tile, etc. Between work, familytime and finishing house, I had no time for Tnation. But when I got back, all my favorite posters where nowhere to be found. There were just a slew of newbie handing out advise. I donāt post much, I usually just research what I need and absorb info. I only visit, the BB, beginner and supps&nutrition sections. Definatly miss those guysā¦TNation needs a revival bad! Trolling/flame/shitshow threads arenāt teaching me shit!

Also, is it weird that this thread reminds me of Batman?
First time that I have posted on this, have only been looking the articles that the coaches put up and soak up info from that.
Cant imagine posting on here offering advice as there is no way that I know enough about heavy lifting. Shame that lads would not be aware of the damage that can be done with bad advice.
I think this is what I learned:
Never take advice from those who profess great size/strength but yet have no pics.
see above
I took me awhile to find that out sadly.

I give pretty solid advice.
Lol

No
And no thread dedicated to the decline of a forum is complete without some classic RV observationsā¦where is he?

Besides some people leaving, i dont think the forums have been too bad. There is only so much to talk about, however. I think there have been some pretty good informative threads this year such as timmicbrides, zraw, thoughts, and waylanders comp threads and ofcourse stus thread. There is always going to be trolls and well known posters leaving or posting less. This is the nature of internet forums.
Good post.
Indeed, after awhile thereās not much to talk about. And the seasoned people have less and less to talk about because theyāve been exposed to almost all the information they need already, so as time goes on they have less to talk about.
Well known posters probably leave because, like everyone else, they get older and their time becomes more and more limited with the addition of new responsibilities and/or interests.
I hear ya. Forums were a lot different 3 years ago when i joined.
There really isnāt much information available here for the more experienced people. The bigger guys who do stay around are still here because they āgrew upā with the site
Not for anything, but thereās a āWhere did all the regulars go?ā post that comes up every year, without fail. It just names different, more recent āregulars.ā

Ha, guess my original post was not so original.
Maybe we should have a veterans forum, where only people like me and chris coluci can give advice?
Or maybe, as I have previously stated, those only with pictures of themselves in they avatar are allowed to give advice?

its called t-cell alpha and its not that active because you can only talk about the same god damn thing so oftenā¦
Its lifting ppl. Theres not always somethiong to discuss or a new secret every fucking day.
Hell the articles get so bland, they repeat deadlift articles just from different authors etcā¦
Without having lame jokes and trolls this forum would be dead. Seriouslyt. Its dead as is and if we didnt fuck around no one would even be on here.
If you want information, make a post, send pmās oruse the search function. Can say about 99% of the time its been discussed multiple times before you thought of it.
