I choose capsules and out of T-Nation’s sake I won’t name the brand.

Biotest’s Flameout, of course… 6 caps a day.

Next order from Biotest im going to stock up on some Flameout. Used it before and love it. Right now I’m using Carlson’s super omega 3 gel caps and their liquid fish oil as well. Once I get my Flameout im gona combine it with the lquid fishoil so I can get tons of THE AMAZING FISH OIL.
