Biotest’s Flameout is definitely quality. But as with most of their stuff its a little on the higher side of price so understandable if people can’t spend the money on it. When I can’t buy Flameout I will buy Carlson’s brand. They have a lemon liquid fish oil which you can drink out of the bottle if you wish and they also have pill form. I also eat a lot of sardines.
