I like Carlson, Flameout, and Poliquin’s products. Anybody got a fav product that they know is pure and potent?
Flameout is all I use.
Every time I try to compare potency with cost (with a decent brand) nothing is cheaper than Flameout dose wise
Flameout if I want DHA/EPA with some CLA added.
Life Extension if I want DHA/EPA with some Oleopeurin and Sesamin added.
Right now I take both, because I forget I bought the latter.
Krill oil.
I use Carlson MedStrength 2800. The 2800 means there’re 2800 mg of omega 3 or that EHA/DHA in it. You only need a teaspoon every day.
