Ah yes. @Andrewgen_Receptors Therein lies my question. Here is a screen shot. It is the T Nation “How to build muscle naturally: An unexpected plan” plan.
Gotcha. So RDLs start at the top, and Deadlifts start at the bottom… meaning you’ll probably need a rack to start at the top.
