I am seeking for a new split and i have some options but i can’t decide. So which one do you prefer. I am at the intermediate level. I think =P.
- Upper, Lower, Rest, Upper, Lower, Upper all hyp
- Push,Pull,Legs,ChestShould,Back,Arms,Rest
- Chest,Back,Legs,Arms,Rest,Repeat(i do not know where to put should)
